Lindsay & Janie Thomson originally owned and operated a butcher’s shop in Kilmarnock from 1983 - 1992, Thomson’s Family Butchers, where our best selling product was indeed Square Sausage. After repeated requests from friends, workmates and former customers, we set up a small factory. We are located in the Ayrshire countryside. Our factory has been fitted out to the highest standards and meets all Food Standard Agency requirements and has been given EEC approval. We produce a good quality, hand formed, traditional sausage made with the very finest ingredients and years of experience.
